The correct way to use the product:

1. After receiving the product, fully charge it before use,

2. The product cannot be used while charging;

3.During the installation process of the cup, if the indicator light flashes blue, it is considered to be installed correctly. Otherwise, reinstall it

4. If the fruit is too big and causes the blade to get stuck and not turn, try to cut the fruit into small pieces and not fill it so full. When using, shake the machine by hand so that the juice can be squeezed faster;

5. When starting the machine, it is recommended to invert it and stand it upright after normal operation;

Common phenomena and solutions

Q1. The juicer can be started without the cup installed

The charging port of A1 product does not have waterproof function, and the circuit board is flooded with water. The foolproof function has expired, and it is recommended not to use it again

Q2. The product cannot start normally, and the indicator light flashes red;

A2. The cup on the juicer is not installed correctly, please reinstall the cup. During the installation process of the cup, the indicator light flashes blue, indicating that the cup is installed correctly;

Q3. The product cannot start normally, and the indicator light flashes alternately in red and blue;

A3. The product battery is low and can only be used after being fully charged;

Q4. The product stops working immediately, and the indicator light flashes red and blue;

A4、 The product is low on battery and should be fully charged before use;

Q5. The product stops working after a period of time;

A5. The product will automatically stop after idling for 5 seconds. The normal single working time is about 30 seconds. If you need to work again, please press the switch to restart. After the product is fully charged, it can work about 7 times. The specific number of times it is used depends on the hardness of the food inside the cup

Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
